There are two contract recovery checks that clients can make. 1. Quick check: we check the amounts being billed cover the utility costs incurred and 2. Detailed check: recovery is considered in terms of detailed expenditure analysis (day and night rates, standing charge, climate levy etc.)

We show all customers and balances, as well as late payment charges and monies invested in collecting arrears. There are options for the client to click and instruct our solicitors to take legal action.

We provide full details to customers on energy usage, statements and copy demands.
