  • credit energy changes into a ‘ring-fenced’ energy bank account for each client

  • escalates debts to solicitors
  • works with solicitors who will recover bad debts as service charge and/or catch debts during a sale (by considering energy debts before issuing a compliance certificate) thereby preventing owners from selling their property until energy debts are cleared

Meter management

Accurate readings

Our robots check logs daily and alert clients immediately if no readings have been received.

Fault identification

If you advise us of your fault procedure we will contact site staff to test data connections. If that doesn't work we can arrange replacements (chargeable extra).

Maintenance and calibration

We nudge our clients four times a year to logon and check or modify the rates provided to customers.

Portals

Client portal

Clients can view customer billing, invoices, statements, reminders. They can check rates, meter irregularities, billing rates and use our calculator to check cost recovery.

Customer portal

Customers can see energy bills, reminders and their energy statement on the portal.  They can also see graphs of consumption data to compare their usage against others.

Detailed breakdown of consumption and day and night rates, bills include standing charges and a reserve fund if required

Separate bank accounts

We do not pool clients’ money, we run separate bank accounts for each client.

Debt collection and legal compliance

100% Transparency. As well as seeing customer ledgers, invoices and debt aging, our Clients also see debt-chase action and legal fees invested in collection as well as the payee status (owner or tenant).

Debt collection includes reminders, final notices and legal letters as well as installation of pay-as-you-go meters.
